Welcome to the first real installment of the Body Marinade Home Party Summer Tour Blog. We would like to take some time to introduce ourselves and our company, so you can get a feeling for us and our vision. Body Marinade is a family owned business, located on Long Island, NY. We manufacture specialty bath and body products, featuring a product line that is now available in over 1.4 million custom scented combinations. Our concept is unique, we stock over 100 base scents, which can be mixed and matched to create each individual's own "Scents of Style". Currently we operate mainly on the internet, but we also do home parties, fairs and events. We are a Mom & Dad team, who each have one beautiful daughter. So you can keep track, its Dejah and Mike, with Angie and Jessica respectively. As we go forward, we will both be giving you updates from our headquarters during the planning stages, and then split posts from the road and HQ during the trip. Hopefully this will not only offer a his and hers perspective on our business, but also a true insiders look into the tour from two totally different points of view. We will try to be as open as possible with our readers, sharing how the tour affects us each individually, as well as our overall family life. We are a real American family living the real American dream. We met, we fell in love, we started a business together, we have laughed and fought and sacrificed, we have lost and we have won. Now it is time for our next chapter. This is a new adventure for us and our company, and we are happy you have decided to come along for the ride.

I really hope you guys come to the Sacramento, CA area. I just got my first order and brought them all to work and had a display at my desk so everyone could smell them. If you come to Sacramento, I already have a full house for a house party :)
